None of us had time to add something else to our busy
schedules during these most extremely unique times…and yet we all said yes. You
might say that we were called to do this. Jim had prayed and our group was a
part of the answer to his prayers.

From the first
meeting the collective positive energy from the group (and Jim’s wise and spirit-filled leadership) left me always
refreshed and restored
at the end of our meetings. I did not have time NOT to
meet with this group.

Unique individuals
in unique settings have shared unique perspectives and practices to deal with
the challenges that they/we are facing. Often these perspectives have given me
fresh ideas for dealing with situations in my own context.

The centering, focusing, and prayer
support during our sessions and between our sessions have helped me to focus my
daily work in more positive ways. I actually feel like my life is better.

Jim has offered
resources to help us in our own journeys. We have shared resources with one
another. I am now better resourced and equipped for offering leadership to others.
