Intro to LEAD NOW

During a world unsettled and ever changing, leaders can face the challenges with renewed focus, strength, and purpose. LEAD NOW is a powerful experience for this time in history.

LEAD NOW is a group coaching experience for church and non-profit leaders, bringing together great minds from diverse places and different perspectives.

It addresses the questions of What now? and How do I live faithfully in this new season of pandemic and uncertainty?

LEAD NOW provides a context for that assistance to occur. It will be co-led by Master Coach Dr. Jim Robey and fellow coach Mr. Tim Pottle.

LEAD stands for Leaders: Equipped, Accompanied, Dispatched

Leaders - those who lead, guide, and direct.

Equipped - to provide with what is needed to complete a task.

Accompanied - to go with, so one is not alone.

Dispatched - to send to a particular place or for a particular purpose.

Quotes from Current LEAD Participants (September 2020)

None of us had time to add something else to our busy schedules during these most extremely unique times…and yet we all said yes. You might say that we were called to do this. Jim had prayed and our group was a part of the answer to his prayers.

1.              From the first meeting the collective positive energy from the group (and Jim’s wise and spirit-filled leadership) left me always refreshed and restored at the end of our meetings. I did not have time NOT to meet with this group.

2.            Unique individuals in unique settings have shared unique perspectives and practices to deal with the challenges that they/we are facing. Often these perspectives have given me fresh ideas for dealing with situations in my own context.

3.            The centering, focusing, and prayer support during our sessions and between our sessions have helped me to focus my daily work in more positive ways. I actually feel like my life is better.

4.            Jim has offered resources to help us in our own journeys. We have shared resources with one another. I am now better resourced and equipped for offering leadership to others.
